At AyB Hislabor we have invested for decades in building the facilities that allow us to stand behind our promises: 35,000 square metres of facilities in Spain with in-house manufacturing and dyeing using state-of-the-art technology; and a direct presence in the global textile hub of Guangzhou (China) through our subsidiary there.

Real capacity to meet any demand

Headquarters — Tordesillas (Valladolid)

Our headquarters in Tordesillas brings together in 35,000 m² everything needed to operate as the largest haberdashery and trimmings company in southern Europe: manufacturing and dyeing plant, logistics and quality control, intelligent warehousing and order preparation.

  • Offices: 1,500 m² housing the Sales, Administration, Design, Sampling and IT departments, where our team works to meet our clients' needs.
  • Central warehouse: Computerised management of 200,000 references with optimised locations for efficient picking.
  • Production plant: Manufacturing lines for passementerie, fringes, cords, braids, ribbons and laces.
  • Industrial dyeing department: Both autoclave and continuous dyeing, finishing department, and laboratory for colorimetry and quality control.

Central Warehouse

To guarantee the needs of our clients, we have an extensive 20,000 m² warehouse, divided into:

  • Palletised warehouse, with 15,000 pallets, ensuring replenishment and service continuity.
  • Picking warehouse with 80,000 linear metres of picking shelving, enabling us to process hundreds of orders daily with precision and efficiency.

Production Plant

OOur production plant is heir to the passementerie manufacturing tradition of the original factory founded in 1880, yet we continue investing in it to equip it with the latest technological advances as the clearest proof of our commitment to in-house production in Spain.

Over 10,000 m² to meet the specialisation demands of the market. We bring together under one roof the techniques of 6 types of specialist factories, with over 100 textile machines including needle looms, cord-making machines, crochet looms, braiding machines and auxiliary equipment for semi-finished and finished products.

Industrial dyeing department

Our dyeing plant is one of the capabilities that most sets us apart. It allows us to dye any item in the catalogue in any colour, in quantities ranging from a single metre to industrial production runs.

  • Autoclave and continuous dyeing
  • Automated colorimetry: Spectrophotometric formulation system guaranteeing exact colour reproducibility.
  • Flexible capacity: From development samples to production runs. No prohibitive minimums.
  • Certified processes: REACH and OEKO-TEX compliance across all processes.
  • State-of-the-art wastewater treatment: Water treatment plant ensuring minimal environmental impact.

China subsidiary in Guangzhou

Our subsidiary in Guangzhou, the heart of the global textile hub, gives us direct access to the finest Asian production sources. A team of 15, both local and expatriate staff, responsible for quality control, warehouse management, trend monitoring and logistics.
